Engineered Foam Products in Northampton UK organised a fundraising event on behalf of Breast Cancer Research ‘Wear It Pink’ on Friday 20th October. The event raised £134.24 through employee donations, encouraged by the offer of sweet treats and a sweepstake competition.
The event was organized by Engineered Foam Products ’ Credit Controller, Gaynor Duffin. To show support, employees were asked to wear something pink and donations of any size were accepted via a collection box.Gaynor Duffin Quote
Wear It Pink day is one of the UK’s biggest fundraising events. Taking place in October during Breast Cancer Awareness month, thousands of amazing people wear pink in their communities to support the registered charity in the fight to beat cancer.
Gaynor’s words touched many hearts and she did a great job with fundraising for this very worthy cause.
