Your Wellbeing Matters
At Engineered Foam Products, our success starts with our people. When we look after both physical and mental health, everyone performs at their best together.
We’ve introduced Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs), trained colleagues who are here to listen, offer initial support, and guide you to the right help when it’s needed. They are a trusted first point of contact and a clear signal that it’s okay to talk about mental health.
EFP has also launched a Health & Wellbeing Working Group, made up of our MHFAs from across the business, to help shape a healthier, more supportive workplace. The team meets regularly, with goals and priorities to be shared across EFP as we work to make health and wellbeing a central part of life here.
