Jaguar Land Rover Appoints Engineered Foam Products as Tier 1 Supplier

In recognition of Engineered Foam Products advanced production techniques capable of meeting Jaguar Land Rover’s stringent terms and conditions, Engineered Foam Products was upgraded to a Tier 1 supplier as of July 6^th, 2017. An audit was performed at the Spennymoor, UK plant to confirm that every last detail was in place to build on the critical performance necessary to take on a Tier 1 role.

This achievement provides the potential for additional business partnered with further opportunities to manufacture and directly supply into Eastern Europe as an approved “Direct to Vehicle Manufacturer.”

With UK manufacturing becoming more and more competitive, the importance of lean practices and modern management techniques is critical to remain at the forefront of the automotive industry.
