Scope
To provide a responsive and customer focused service to the business, customers, visitors, and Senior Management Team. Ensuring timely, efficient, and effective administration and communication is provided in both aspects of the role whether face to face, telephone, or email. To carry out specific projects and research as required.
- 37.5 hours per week, working 8.45 – 16.45
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and clients to Engineered Foam Products via main reception
- Answering the telephone and forwarding calls/screening calls for Directors
- Dealing with and resolving queries from vendors and customers
- Ordering of office supplies as well as managing mail and courier services
- Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments as required
- Reporting to the Executive Assistant for administrative duties
- Data entry
- Management of office security, cleaning & maintenance contracts
- Any other duties as requested by management
Qualifications
- Education to GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths
- Admin or business-related qualification
