[NORTHAMPTON-UNITED KINGDOM 30th, May 2019] Foam Products announced today that their new HOTBIN Mini Composter was awarded RHS Chelsea Garden Product of the Year 2019 at the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show. The new HOTBIN Mini is a slimline unit, suitable for urban gardens that includes all the features of the original HOTBIN composter. The HOTBIN Mini can reach temperatures of 40-60°c, where all food and garden waste can be composted including cooked food, small bones and perennial weeds in just 30-90 days.
Among twelve other finalists in the prestigious competition, the HOTBIN Mini was chosen as the winner by three esteemed judges; Deborah Meaden (Entrepreneur and BBC’s Dragons Den), Chris Harrop (Group Marketing Director and Director of Sustainability at Marshalls) and Peter Seabrook (Gardening Correspondent for The Sun).
The HOTBIN Mini Composter showed real innovation in making composting cleaner, simpler and more accessible for modern households. This year the standard was incredibly high and shows that the UK is leading in garden product innovation and sustainability.
