Engineered Foam Products Supports Covid-19 Vaccine Delivery

Engineered Foam Products manufacture expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulated boxes for use within Peli BioThermal™ deep freeze temperature-controlled packaging systems. Their Sherpa™ Dry Ice boxes are now travelling across the United Kingdom ensuring the safe delivery of the vaccine to hospitals and clinics. When combined with dry ice thermal packaging of this nature is efficient enough to ensure these essential vaccines are kept in perfect conditions as low as -70°C, irrespective of external temperatures and transit conditions.

The UK was one of the first countries to begin a vaccine rollout in December, this project is ramping up to become one of the largest national immunisation programs in history. Engineered Foam Products are working hard to support all their customers in the UK at this challenging time, in particular those involved in the supply cycle of essential foods and medical supplies.
